Ahmad Mahmoud
Co-Founder

Ahmad has over 12 years of recruitment experience across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. He began his career by delivering talent for a major banking integration in Europe and later supported clients in innovation and digital transformation. In the Middle East, Ahmad contributed to a major banking merger and worked with Fintechs, Blockchain/Metaverse ventures, and large Payments businesses. Most recently, Ahmad has focused on key executive appointments and talent placements in the Strategy, Restructuring, and Transformation space. Ahmad holds a first-class honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sussex.

Luke Correll
Co-Founder

Prior to founding Carter Knight, Luke worked across several industries, including Financial Services, Boutique Consulting, and Global Consulting, with a focus on Risk, Analytics, and Strategy. He started his career with AIB before joining Accenture in London, where he worked with major global financial institutions. Luke advised clients on optimizing capital allocation for a global insurer, implementing risk strategies for a European insurer, and using Machine Learning to reduce portfolio losses for a UK bank. He led global teams for client engagements, including consultants based in the UK, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Luke holds a Masters in Quantitative Finance from UCD Graduate Business School and a Bachelor’s in Economics and Mathematics from UCD.
