We are supporting a leading public sector organisation in the UAE in their search for Strategy Consultants to join a high-impact strategy and transformation team.

As part of a high-calibre team, successful candidates will play a key role in shaping strategy, supporting transformation efforts, and ensuring effective execution across a range of priority government programmes.
Key Responsibilities
-Support the design and delivery of strategy and transformation initiatives across government entities and priority sectors
-Conduct detailed analysis, research, and problem-solving to inform policy development, strategic direction, and executive decision-making
-Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and structured recommendations for senior leadership and key stakeholders
-Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment, coordination, and execution across complex programmes
-Contribute to programme governance, including tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuring delivery against defined objectives
-Support stakeholder engagement across government entities, ensuring effective communication and alignment on key initiatives
Candidate Profile
We are seeking candidates who bring a strong consulting foundation combined with relevant public sector experience:
-Background within leading consulting firms such as MBB or Tier 2
-Proven experience working on public sector engagements in the UAE
-Exposure to healthcare-related projects is advantageous but not essential
-Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
-Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-performance environments and manage multiple priorities
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to create user-centered designs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Develop responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and optionally frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs during implementation.
- Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, navigation flows).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to design and development sprints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and front-end development work.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
