We are supporting a confidential government entity in the UAE in the establishment of a newly formed Executive Affairs unit, tasked with shaping and delivering the strategy for a high-priority federal initiative.
This is a unique opportunity to join at the early stages of a high-impact programme, working at the centre of government on strategic, operational, and governance priorities. The unit will play a critical role in supporting senior leadership, driving cross-functional coordination, and ensuring the successful delivery of national-level objectives.
The organisation is hiring across multiple levels, including Analysts, Consultants, and Managers, offering strong exposure to senior stakeholders and complex, high-visibility initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
-Support the development and execution of strategy for a high-priority federal initiative
-Conduct detailed analysis and research to inform strategic decision-making
-Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for senior stakeholders
-Work closely with government leadership on key strategic and operational priorities
-Contribute to the design, setup, and ongoing development of the Executive Affairs function
-Support governance frameworks, performance tracking, and programme delivery
Candidate Profile
-Background in top-tier consulting firms (MBB, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Strategy&)
-Proven experience working with public sector clients in the UAE
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking capabilities
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-impact environments
-Arabic language skills preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to create user-centered designs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Develop responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and optionally frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs during implementation.
- Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, navigation flows).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to design and development sprints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and front-end development work.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
