We are supporting a leading government entity in the UAE in their search for a Senior Strategy Manager to join and strengthen the Chairman’s Office.

Key Responsibilities
-Support executive leadership on strategic priorities and critical initiatives across the Chairman’s Office
-Lead and manage high-priority projects spanning policy, transformation, governance, and operational improvement
-Develop strategic recommendations, briefing materials, presentations, and decision-support analysis for senior stakeholders
-Coordinate across internal departments, government entities, and external stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
-Apply structured problem-solving and programme management disciplines across complex initiatives
-Monitor progress of strategic workstreams, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of priorities
-Support leadership with high-quality insights and recommendations on emerging issues and opportunities
-Contribute to the continued development and effectiveness of the Chairman’s Office function
Requirements
-Experience at Engagement Manager / Project Leader level within a leading consulting firm (MBB, Oliver Wyman, Kearney, Strategy&, Roland Berger, ADL)
-Strong track record working with government or public sector clients in the Middle East
-Experience delivering strategy, transformation, or large-scale change programmes
-Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
-Strong executive presence and ability to operate in high-visibility environments
-Candidates currently based in the Middle East are strongly preferred
-Arabic language skills preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to create user-centered designs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Develop responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and optionally frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs during implementation.
- Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, navigation flows).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to design and development sprints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and front-end development work.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
