We are supporting a leading healthcare organisation in the UAE in their search for a Senior Manager to join a high-performing strategy and transformation team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced strategy professional to lead complex transformation initiatives across the Life Sciences, Pharma, and Biotech sectors. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping strategic priorities, driving execution, and delivering programmes that support long-term organisational growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across Life Sciences, Pharma, and Biotech programmes.
-Partner with senior stakeholders to define strategic priorities, drive alignment, and ensure successful execution.
-Manage complex workstreams from strategy development through to implementation.
-Develop high-quality analysis, presentations, business cases, and executive recommendations.
-Oversee programme governance, performance tracking, and delivery across multiple initiatives.
-Apply structured problem-solving to address complex business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and achieve measurable outcomes.
Requirements
-Previous experience within a leading strategy consulting firm, including McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Strategy&, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, or Roland Berger.
-Experience at Engagement Manager, Project Leader, or Senior Manager level.
-Strong background delivering strategy and transformation programmes within Life Sciences, Pharma, or Biotech.
-Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead complex strategic initiatives.
-Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
-Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to create user-centered designs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Develop responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and optionally frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs during implementation.
- Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, navigation flows).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to design and development sprints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and front-end development work.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
