We are supporting a leading organisation in the UAE in their search for a Project Manager to join a high-profile transformation programme.
This is a critical role sitting at the intersection of delivery and governance, responsible for driving project execution while ensuring clear, structured reporting to senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders. The role requires a highly organised and analytical professional who can manage complexity across multiple workstreams while maintaining full visibility on progress, risks, and key decisions.
Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of key project workstreams. In parallel, the role will ensure that all project activity is accurately captured, synthesised, and communicated to senior stakeholders through high-quality reporting and governance processes.
This position requires strong project management discipline, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to translate complex operational activity into clear, decision-ready outputs for executive audiences.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead the planning and execution of complex, multi-workstream projects, ensuring clear milestones, ownership, and delivery timelines
-Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, issue logs, and decision trackers
-Coordinate across multiple workstreams, managing interdependencies and ensuring alignment across teams
-Facilitate working group sessions, ensuring clear actions, accountability, and follow-through
-Prepare high-quality, Board-level reporting packs, dashboards, and briefing materials for senior leadership
-Translate complex operational progress into clear, structured, and actionable insights for decision-makers
-Maintain a consolidated view of project status, including progress, risks, and outstanding decisions
-Proactively identify risks and issues, driving timely escalation and resolution
-Support stakeholder coordination across internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership
-Ensure strong governance, documentation, and knowledge management across all aspects of the programme
Candidate Profile
We are seeking candidates with a strong track record in project or programme management within complex environments:
-8–12 years of experience in project or programme management
-Proven experience delivering complex, multi-workstream initiatives
-Strong experience preparing executive and Board-level reporting materials
-Excellent project management skills, including planning, risk management, and change control
-Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to simplify complex information
-Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
-Experience within consulting, professional services, government, or large-scale transformation programmes preferred
-Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are advantageous

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to create user-centered designs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Develop responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and optionally frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs during implementation.
- Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, navigation flows).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to design and development sprints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and front-end development work.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
