Job Description
We are supporting a leading organisation in Abu Dhabi in their search for a Project Manager to join a high-profile transformation programme.
This is a key role sitting at the intersection of delivery and governance, responsible for leading complex, multi-workstream projects while providing high-quality reporting and decision support to senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a central role in driving programme delivery, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring effective governance across strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead the planning and delivery of complex transformation projects from initiation through to completion.
-Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage programme dependencies, and drive delivery against key milestones.
-Prepare Board-level reports, dashboards, briefing papers, and executive updates.
-Translate complex operational information into clear, concise, and decision-ready insights.
-Oversee programme governance, issue management, change control, and project reporting.
-Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements
-8–12 years of experience in project or programme management.
-Proven track record delivering complex transformation or strategic initiatives.
-Strong experience preparing executive and Board-level reporting.
-Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-Background within consulting, government, professional services, or large-scale transformation programmes is preferred.
-PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to create user-centered designs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Develop responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and optionally frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs during implementation.
- Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, navigation flows).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to design and development sprints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and front-end development work.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
