Job Description

We are supporting a leading public sector organisation in the UAE in their search for a Performance Management and Data Advisor to join a high-impact team focused on driving corporate performance, reporting, and strategic insight.

This is a critical role working closely with senior leadership, playing a central part in how performance is tracked, measured, and communicated across the organisation. The position requires a strong combination of analytical capability, structured thinking, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level narratives that support decision-making.

Role Overview

The Performance Management and Data Advisor will be responsible for developing and overseeing performance frameworks across key initiatives and portfolios. This includes building robust KPI structures, ensuring data integrity, and delivering high-quality reporting that enables leadership to assess progress, identify risks, and drive performance improvement.

The role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and governance, requiring close collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment, accountability, and consistent performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead corporate performance monitoring and reporting across strategic initiatives and organisational priorities

-Develop and manage KPIs, dashboards, and performance frameworks to track delivery, impact, and outcomes

-Ensure strong data validation processes and maintain high levels of data integrity across all reporting outputs

-Translate complex data sets into clear, structured, and decision-ready insights for senior leadership

-Support portfolio governance and PMO activities, ensuring visibility, accountability, and alignment across programmes

-Provide actionable insights and performance analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making

-Develop executive-level reporting packs, dashboards, and briefing materials

-Coach and support teams across the function to enhance performance management capabilities and best practices

Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates with a strong background in performance management, data, and reporting within complex environments:

-Proven experience in performance management, data analysis, and reporting

-Strong expertise in KPI development, dashboard creation, and performance frameworks

-High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and validation

-Experience working within portfolio governance or PMO environments

-Ability to translate data into clear, concise, and impactful executive-level communication

-Consulting background strongly preferred

-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

-Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-performance environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to create user-centered designs.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Develop responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and optionally frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular).
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs during implementation.
  • Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products by adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, navigation flows).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to design and development sprints.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and front-end development work.
  • Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping tools.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
