Job Description
We are supporting a leading investment institution in the UAE in the appointment of a Digital Transformation Lead / Enterprise Architect Lead. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the organisation’s enterprise-wide digital transformation and technology architecture strategy.
The role will lead the modernisation of platforms, systems, and data architecture across both investment and corporate functions, ensuring technology solutions are scalable, secure, integrated, and aligned with long-term strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Architecture Leadership
-Define and lead the enterprise architecture and digital transformation strategy across the organisation.
-Develop and maintain target-state architecture for investment platforms, data, analytics, and enterprise systems.
-Establish architecture standards, principles, governance frameworks, and technology roadmaps.
Digital Transformation Delivery
-Lead large-scale digital initiatives including cloud migration, system integration, and platform modernisation.
-Oversee architecture reviews for major technology initiatives and vendor solutions.
-Ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value and strategic outcomes.
Stakeholder & Governance Management
-Partner with business and IT leaders to translate strategic priorities into scalable, executable technology solutions.
-Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, data governance, and IT risk standards.
-Work closely with risk, compliance, and security teams to maintain architecture integrity and governance discipline.
Candidate Requirements
-12–15 years of experience in enterprise architecture or digital transformation roles.
-Proven track record delivering complex, enterprise-wide technology programmes.
-Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud platforms, integration architecture, and data platforms.
-Experience within investment firms, sovereign wealth funds, or financial services organisations is strongly preferred.
-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business strategy and technology execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to create user-centered designs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Develop responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and optionally frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs during implementation.
- Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, navigation flows).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to design and development sprints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and front-end development work.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
