Job Description
We are supporting a leading investment institution in Abu Dhabi in the search for an experienced HR Enablement Manager to lead HR systems, data, and digital enablement initiatives.
This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for driving HR digital transformation, process automation, ERP optimisation, and AI-enabled capabilities to enhance HR operations and empower business leaders with high-quality people data and tools.
Key Responsibilities
-Define and deliver the HR systems and digital roadmap aligned with organisational strategy.
-Lead implementation and optimisation of HR ERP platforms (including Oracle Fusion) across Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning, and Recruitment.
-Drive automation of HR processes to improve efficiency and control.
-Identify and implement AI use cases to enhance HR operations and reporting.
-Own HR data models, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
-Develop HR dashboards and management information to support decision-making.
-Establish governance frameworks for HR systems, data, and change management.
-Partner with IT, Finance, and external vendors to deliver system enhancements and integrations.
-Lead training, adoption, and change management for HR systems and AI tools.
Candidate Profile
-Degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
-ERP certification or formal training preferred (Oracle Fusion, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
-Significant experience in HR systems, ERP functional leadership, or HR digital transformation.
-Proven experience supporting HR modules including Payroll, Core HR, Talent, Learning, and Recruitment.
-Strong understanding of HR processes, HR data, and HR governance.
-Experience with HR analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools is highly desirable.
-Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to create user-centered designs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Develop responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and optionally frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs during implementation.
- Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, navigation flows).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to design and development sprints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and front-end development work.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
