We are supporting a global financial services group in the appointment of a Head of Integrations – International to lead all post-acquisition integrations across international markets.
Based in Dubai, this senior leadership role carries full accountability for mobilising and delivering complex cross-border integrations in regulated environments. The successful candidate will ensure transactions are integrated efficiently, meet local regulatory obligations, protect clients, and transition into scalable target operating models.
Key Responsibilities
-Own the international integration portfolio from deal stage through execution
-Establish Day-0, Day-1, and Day-100+ integration roadmaps
-Lead complex cross-border integrations across multiple jurisdictions
-Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational resilience
-Drive operating model alignment, system migrations, and synergy delivery
-Engage directly with Executive and Board-level stakeholders
Candidate Profile
-Senior leadership experience delivering cross-border post-merger integrations within regulated sectors (financial services, wealth, asset management, banking, fintech, or similar)
-Proven ownership of multiple concurrent integrations across jurisdictions
-Strong experience in operating model integration, regulatory-led change, and core platform migrations
-Executive presence with the ability to operate at Board level

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to create user-centered designs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Develop responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and optionally frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs during implementation.
- Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, navigation flows).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to design and development sprints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and front-end development work.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
