We are supporting a leading public sector organisation in the UAE in their search for an Executive Office Manager to join a high-profile Executive Office environment in Abu Dhabi.
This is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for leading the administration and operations function within a fast-paced, high-protocol environment. Working closely with executive leadership, the successful candidate will drive operational excellence, strengthen governance, and oversee the continuous improvement of administrative services across the Executive Office.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead the day-to-day administration and operations of the Executive Office.
-Develop and implement governance frameworks, operating models, and service standards.
-Manage operational budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party service providers.
-Drive process improvement, digital transformation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
-Oversee business continuity planning and support crisis management activities.
-Partner with senior leadership to deliver strategic priorities and enhance organisational effectiveness.
-Build, develop, and lead high-performing administrative and operations teams.
Requirements
-13+ years of experience in administration, operations, or executive support, with significant leadership responsibility.
-Proven experience managing complex operations within large, multi-stakeholder organisations.
-Strong background in budget management, vendor governance, and operational transformation.
-Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
-Experience working within government, defence, or other high-security or highly regulated environments is preferred.
-Ability to operate with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement in a high-profile executive setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to create user-centered designs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Develop responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and optionally frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs during implementation.
- Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, navigation flows).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to design and development sprints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and front-end development work.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
