We are supporting a leading public sector organisation in the UAE in their search for an Employee Engagement Lead to drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, organisational culture, and workforce engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR or organisational development professional to lead employee engagement programmes, workforce insight initiatives, and culture projects. Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will help shape engagement strategies that support organisational performance and create a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead the delivery of employee engagement and culture initiatives across the organisation.
-Manage employee engagement surveys, workforce insights, and executive reporting.
-Partner with business leaders to develop and implement engagement action plans.
-Facilitate workshops and support organisational change and culture programmes.
-Monitor engagement KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
-Drive continuous improvement across the employee experience and engagement agenda.
Requirements
-6–10+ years of experience in Employee Engagement, Human Resources, or Organisational Development.
-Proven experience leading employee engagement, culture, or employee experience initiatives.
-Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
-Experience using engagement platforms such as Qualtrics, Glint, Culture Amp, or similar.
-Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
-Previous experience within the public sector or a large, complex organisation is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to create user-centered designs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Develop responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and optionally frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs during implementation.
- Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, navigation flows).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to design and development sprints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and front-end development work.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
