Job Description
We are supporting a leading organisation in the UAE in the appointment of a Director of Executive Office to work closely with senior leadership across a broad range of strategic, operational, and governance priorities.
This is a highly visible and influential role, positioned at the centre of decision-making, providing critical insight, analysis, and executive support to enable effective leadership across the organisation. The successful candidate will act as a key advisor to the Executive team, ensuring alignment, clarity, and quality across strategic initiatives and organisational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide strategic advisory support to the Executive team across priority initiatives and organisational objectives
-Lead the development of high-quality briefing materials, presentations, and reports for executive and Board-level stakeholders
-Translate complex information into clear, structured insights to support decision-making
-Support governance processes and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of materials to senior leadership
-Coordinate with internal functions to align strategic priorities and drive cross-functional collaboration
-Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including external advisors where required
-Support the overall effectiveness and performance of the Executive Office function
Candidate Profile
-20+ years of experience across consulting, government, policy, or related environments
-Strong background in strategic analysis, stakeholder management, and executive-level support
-Proven experience operating in a senior managerial or leadership capacity
-Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
-Experience supporting senior government or executive leadership is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to create user-centered designs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Develop responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and optionally frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs during implementation.
- Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, navigation flows).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to design and development sprints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and front-end development work.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
