We are supporting a leading public sector organisation in Abu Dhabi in the appointment of an AI Strategy Advisor to support the delivery of high-impact, enterprise-level AI initiatives.

This is a senior advisory role working closely with executive leadership to define and execute AI strategies, drive innovation, and deliver measurable outcomes across key transformation programmes. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and implementation, requiring both strong consulting expertise and a practical understanding of AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

-Advise on the development and execution of the organisation’s AI strategy, ensuring alignment with broader digital and transformation objectives

-Lead and support the delivery of AI-focused engagements, from initial design and use case identification through to implementation and value realisation

-Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities and prioritise initiatives based on business value

-Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences

-Support the integration of AI capabilities into wider digital, data, and organisational transformation programmes

-Contribute to the development of frameworks, governance models, and best practices for AI adoption

-Provide strategic input on emerging technologies, trends, and innovation opportunities within the AI landscape

Candidate Profile

-Experience at Engagement Manager or Associate Partner level within a leading consulting firm

-Proven track record delivering AI and advanced analytics engagements, from strategy through to execution

-Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to operate at both conceptual and delivery levels

-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leadership

-Ability to bridge business and technology, translating complex concepts into practical outcomes

-Experience working with public sector clients is highly desirable
