Job Description
We are supporting a leading public sector organisation in the UAE in their search for a Strategy Consultant to support the delivery of strategic initiatives and transformation programmes.
This role is suited to a highly analytical and execution-focused professional who can support the development of strategies, conduct in-depth analysis, and contribute to the delivery of high-impact programmes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive meaningful organisational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
-Conduct research, analysis, and assessments to identify improvement opportunities across strategic and operational areas
-Support the development of strategies, business cases, and implementation roadmaps
-Contribute to the delivery of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities
-Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and materials for senior leadership
-Engage with stakeholders across government entities and partner organisations to support alignment and execution
-Support programme governance, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives
-Contribute to performance monitoring frameworks and reporting processes
Requirements
-Experience within a top-tier consulting firm (MBB or Tier 1, e.g., Roland Berger, Oliver Wyman, Kearney, Strategy&)
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured thinking
-Experience supporting strategy development and transformation initiatives
-Exposure to customer experience or service transformation initiatives is advantageous
-Strong communication and presentation skills
-Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
-High attention to detail and strong execution capability
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to create user-centered designs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Develop responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and optionally frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs during implementation.
- Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, navigation flows).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to design and development sprints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and front-end development work.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
