Job Description
We are supporting a small but growing manufacturing business in the UAE in the appointment of a Finance Manager to lead and develop the finance function.
This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for financial management, reporting, and planning. The Finance Manager will work closely with senior leadership to support commercial decision-making, improve financial controls, and enable sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
-Take full ownership of the company’s P&L, financial reporting, and month-end close processes
-Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives
-Provide financial analysis and insight to support operational and commercial decision-making
-Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounts, cash flow management, and financial controls
-Ensure compliance with local regulatory, tax, and statutory reporting requirements
-Support process improvements and strengthen financial governance as the business continues to grow
Candidate Profile
-Proven experience with full P&L ownership in a hands-on finance role
-Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
-Background in manufacturing or a closely related industry is required
-Fluent Arabic is essential – applications without Arabic language capability will not be considered
-Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders in a growing business environment

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to create user-centered designs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Develop responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and optionally frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs during implementation.
- Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, navigation flows).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to design and development sprints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and front-end development work.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
