Job Description
We are supporting a leading public sector organisation in the UAE in the appointment of a Transformation / Strategy Advisor to support large-scale, organisation-wide transformation initiatives.
This is a senior advisory role working closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders across high-impact programmes. The role will focus on enterprise transformation, operating model design, strategic change initiatives, and performance improvement across priority public sector mandates.
The successful candidate will operate as a trusted advisor to leadership, bringing strong strategic judgement, structured problem-solving capability, and deep experience delivering complex transformation programmes in highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
-Advise senior executives on transformation strategy, operating model design, and execution planning
-Support the delivery of complex, cross-functional transformation programmes across priority public sector initiatives
-Provide strategic insight and leadership across organisation-wide change, performance improvement, and value realisation efforts
-Contribute to the design and delivery of HR and organisational transformation initiatives where required
-Support executive decision-making, programme governance, and stakeholder alignment
-Develop high-quality strategic materials, including business cases, roadmaps, and executive-level presentations
Candidate Profile
-Senior consulting experience at Principal, Senior Engagement Manager, or Director level
-Strong exposure to public sector transformation programmes and large-scale change initiatives
-Experience in HR transformation, operating model design, or enterprise-wide transformation is highly advantageous
-Backgrounds from MBB, Oliver Wyman, Strategy&, or Kearney are highly desirable
-Arabic language capability is a strong preference but not essential

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to create user-centered designs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Develop responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and optionally frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs during implementation.
- Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, navigation flows).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to design and development sprints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and front-end development work.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
