We are supporting a leading public sector organisation in Abu Dhabi in their search for a Strategy Advisor to support high-impact strategic initiatives across the organisation.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders on strategy development, policy support, and execution across priority government programmes. The successful candidate will bring strong top-tier consulting experience and a proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across core public sector priorities.
-Conduct detailed market, policy, and performance analysis to support evidence-based decision-making.
-Develop business cases, strategic frameworks, and high-quality presentations for senior leadership.
-Support programme delivery, tracking, and execution across multiple workstreams.
-Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support alignment and implementation of strategic initiatives.
-Provide analytical and problem-solving support across complex, cross-functional projects.
Candidate Profile
-Prior experience with top-tier strategy consulting firms such as MBB, Kearney, Strategy&, Oliver Wyman, or Arthur D Little.
-Minimum of 6 years’ professional experience in strategy consulting or a closely related strategic role.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking capabilities.
-Proven experience producing executive-level materials and recommendations.
-Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
-Fluent Arabic is essential.
-Experience working with public sector clients or government entities is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to create user-centered designs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Develop responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and optionally frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs during implementation.
- Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, navigation flows).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to design and development sprints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and front-end development work.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
