Job Description
We are supporting a newly established real estate development platform within a prominent Emirati-owned holding group in their search for an Investment Director to play a key role in building and scaling the business.
This is a senior, hands-on role in a high-growth environment, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership to shape investment strategy, capital structuring, and financial decision-making across the development portfolio.
The successful candidate will:
-Lead investment analysis, financial modelling, and valuation across real estate development projects, joint ventures, and land acquisitions.
-Support capital structuring, project finance, and funding strategies, including debt and equity raises.
-Work closely with investors, banks, and financial institutions to support growth and expansion plans.
-Provide strategic input on new investments, partnerships, and potential M&A opportunities.
-Help establish financial frameworks, systems, and governance suitable for a growing real estate platform.
We are seeking candidates with significant real estate investment and development experience, strong financial modelling and structuring capability, and a proven track record operating in the UAE market. Experience working in entrepreneurial or build-out environments is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to create user-centered designs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Develop responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and optionally frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs during implementation.
- Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, navigation flows).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to design and development sprints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and front-end development work.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
