Job Description
We are supporting a leading consulting firm in the appointment of a Strategy Manager on an 8-month contract to support the delivery of a high-impact client engagement in Riyadh. This role is suited to an experienced strategy consultant who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and contribute immediately to the delivery of complex strategic initiatives.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to support strategy development, analysis, and execution across a critical programme.
Key Responsibilities
– Support the development and delivery of strategic initiatives for a major client engagement.
-Conduct structured analysis, research, and problem-solving to inform strategic recommendations.
-Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and materials for senior client stakeholders.
-Work closely with consulting leadership and project teams to ensure timely delivery of workstreams.
-Engage with client teams in a professional and confident manner, supporting decision-making and execution.
Candidate Requirements
– Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory).
-Prior experience within top-tier consulting firms (MBB, Tier 2, or Big 4).
-Strong background in strategy development and delivery.
-Proven experience working directly with senior, client-side stakeholders.
-Availability to join immediately or at short notice is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to create user-centered designs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Develop responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and optionally frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs during implementation.
- Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, navigation flows).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to design and development sprints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and front-end development work.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
