Job Description
We are supporting a major energy organisation in Dubai undergoing an exciting period of transformation and expansion. They are seeking Senior Contracts & Procurement Engineers to join their growing Supply Chain team.
The successful candidates will:
-Contracts: Lead end-to-end contract management, coordinating with end users, legal, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure effective and compliant contract execution.
-Procurement: Manage the full procurement lifecycle, engaging with suppliers and internal teams to deliver efficient, transparent, and timely sourcing activities.
We are looking for experienced contracts or procurement professionals with strong knowledge of supply chain processes, governance, and industry best practices within the energy or similar complex sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to create user-centered designs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Develop responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and optionally frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs during implementation.
- Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, navigation flows).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to design and development sprints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and front-end development work.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
