Job Description
We are supporting a leading healthcare company in the UAE in their search for a Performance Management Leader to drive Group-wide performance, excellence, and transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will:
-Lead performance frameworks, KPIs, and scorecards across corporate and key entities.
-Drive business excellence, continuous improvement, and standardisation of best practices.
-Provide executive-level insights to support decision-making at the C-suite level.
-Build and lead a high-performing performance and excellence team.
We are seeking candidates with strong experience in healthcare performance management and organisational excellence, with the ability to influence and deliver impact across senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to create user-centered designs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Develop responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and optionally frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs during implementation.
- Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, navigation flows).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to design and development sprints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and front-end development work.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
